This recipe is based on one I found on the “Taste of Home” website (with some of my own tweaking).

Mix together:
1 whole skinned, deboned rotisserie chicken, chopped (about 3 cups)
2 T lemon juice
1 cup frozen onion, red and green pepper mix, chopped
1 12 oz. pkg frozen broccoli
1 c seasoned salad croutons
3/4 c. light mayo
3/4 c. light sour cream
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 t. salt
1 t. black pepper

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Top with shredded cheddar cheese the last 5-10 minutes of baking.
